At Porch Cats, we celebrate the joy of discovering vintage treasures. Founded by best friends Sam and Carly, our journey began in April 2022 as we turned our shared passion for thrifting into a small business. With a keen eye for unique and eclectic items, we’re dedicated to bringing you finds that spark joy and tell a story.
Both of us are happily married—Sam to Justin and Carly to Ryan. Our families are closely intertwined, living just across the street from each other. This proximity allows us to share daily life, creating treasured moments together. Sam is the proud mother of two daughters, Sophie and Ellie, and Carly is the proud mother of her son, Jax. Together, our families form a tight-knit community that supports one another.
Our love for vintage items drives us to seek out unique treasures that resonate with the stories of the past. We both have a penchant for collecting, especially when it comes to books, and you’ll often find us exploring shelves in search of the next great read.
Currently, we work from our small space booths, but we dream of opening our very own store, where we can share our curated finds and the spirit of our friendship with you. Thank you for being part of our journey!
