History

Bowling has evovled for a very long. The bowling ball has came from a urethane bowling ball to now reactive bowling balls. It is also crazy how bowling lanes have evovled also, from wood lanes to synthetic lanes. Another thing that is evovling in bowling are the bowling allies themselves. Some bowling allies have 24 lanes and some can have up to 72 bowling lanes. Some of the bowling allies have some of the past touch pads and some of them have old bowling lanes back in the day. There have been great bowlers from the past to the now. The past bowlers would include Norm Duke, Walter Ray Williams Jr, Pete Weber, Parker Bohn III, Marshall Holman, Mark Roth, Chris Barnes, Wes Malott, and so many more incredible bowlers. The now great bowlers include EJ Tackett, Jason Belmonte, Kyle Troup, Anothony Simonsen, Jesper Svensson, and so many great bowlers are on the rise to take down the best in the world. Another thing that is constantly evovling in bowling are the bowling styles itself. In the past, it was more a traditional style bowling one handed on the left side or the right, but now it is being taking over by the 2 handed style of bowling. The one professional bowler that changed the entire game of bowling over the history would be a guy of Jason Belmonte from Australia. Jason Belmonte has took the world of bowling by surprise of his incredible 2 handed bowling game. The cool thing about bowling back then and to now is that it is on tv and you can watch bowling and enjoy it, because it is fun to watch and it is entertaining. I would say bowling is a sport and it is still evovling today. Bowling is a sport because professional bowlers can go to tournaments, win titles, and they can win money as well.
