Cons for OLED would be it being more expensive to manufacture the display, where the cost is passed down to consumers, there is also a burn in effect.

PROS for QLED would be how much more affordable they are compared to OLED and still offer a good viewing experience

CONS for QLED would be the ability to spread black tones evenly across the screen is not always the best, so a halo effect occurs around objects
