Looking for Fitness Tips?
You've come to the right place! My name is Logan Harness and I have been working out consistantly for about 8 years now. I started in my parents garage and now 365 Fitness is where I reside. I have competed in several powerlifting competitons but consider myself more of a power-builder (a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding). I want to share some of the information i've learned over the years with you.
I want to start off by claiming that I am not a certified personal trainer and have no real credintials, I am just a regular gym rat that wants to share some knowledge about what I love. Instead of doing any sports or clubs in highschool I chose to dedicate all my free time to the gym, and learned all I know through fitness influencers online and forum pages online.
This website will contain full workout splits specifically for bodybuilding (the goal of building muscle) and powerlifting (strength for the 3 main movements) along with nutrition information guiding you through bulking up and cutting down. I am very excited to guide you through your fitness journey, or just provide you with some new tips.
