Throughout this website, you'll learn a little about me and how I got started. I'll also share some of my favorite tools and recipes I've used along the way. You will also get to look at some of the cakes and cupcakes I'm most proud of.
I was introduced to cake decorating many years ago by my best friend. We started taking cake decorating classes at Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby used to offer Wilton cake decorating classes. The classes were usually a four or five-week course and each course was a different skill level. I believe the levels were: Basic, Advanced, Working with Fondant, and Gum Paste Flowers. I took all of the courses except for the Gum Paste Flowers course.
